Report a concern
Signed-in users can report a listing from its page, or another user from the menu of a conversation. Without an account, use the contact form. Reports go to the moderators, who can withdraw listings or deactivate accounts.
Keep useful information
Describe what concerns you and when you noticed it. Avoid unnecessary personal information and never include passwords or bank details. The reported person is not told who reported them.
What happens next
A person checks every report. If a listing is withdrawn or an account deactivated, the affected user is told the reason by email and can object using the contact form.
Urgent concerns need another route
For suspected fraud involving a payment, contact your payment provider and the police. For immediate danger, contact the emergency services.
